Vegan Bunny Chow…Again!

So today’s Vegan Bunny Chow is….chili!!

James spent the morning working up a sweat on his rowing machine, and then he mowed the lawn, so I made him a huge lunch of chili in a bread bowl:


It’s this recipe for vegetarian chili, and this recipe for the bread, cooked in a little ring for 28 minutes–like this–YUM!

Check out this video of a Full English Breakfast Bunny Chow (which apparently won an innovation award in 2015). In case you don’t know, a “Full English Breakfast” is grilled tomato, baked beans, fried mushrooms, back bacon, black pudding (ugh), sausage, and fried eggs. I actually stayed at a hotel in Lancaster a couple of years ago that did a vegetarian Full English Breakfast…with vegan black pudding, vegan sausage and vegan bacon!
