Fat Free Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing:
- 1 cup homemade hummus (for REALLY low-fat, add no tahini to your hummus!)
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2.5 TBS grated garlic
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 2.5 TBS dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 TBS capers and brine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp BTB vegetable base
