…tried this AH-mazing broccoli and potato soup this evening. It’s a tad labour intensive, and all the way through the process I kept telling myself not to get my hopes up. It turned out to be delicious, however. Absolutely delicious. I think the cashew cream makes it. Here’s a picture (though J had already stirred in the cashew cream a bit). I topped it with fresh basil as well.
