Small, single-purpose appliances–preferably ones that take up a whole lot of counter space–are my kryptonite. Indeed, I can’t tell you how many times James has dragged me away from displays like this…

However, since I’ve renewed my commitment to WFPB eating, I realize that many small appliances are absolutely necessary to preparing plant-based meals, so I can–to an extent–embrace my small-appliance addiction, provided it has more than one (likely obscure!) purpose!

I’d love to know what small appliance other WFPB foodies value above all others! Is it your precious Instant Pot? ….Magic Bullet? …Vitamix?
